Brad Vaccaro
Brad has been interested in sports and fitness since he was a kid, and that continued through high school and college where he attained a degree in exercise science in 1996.
After being a featured trainer at Parisi’s and Joe Frank & Gym, he founded the Sports Conditioning Institute in 2004, where the emphasis was on keeping his clients safe and healthy. SCI grew over the years as Brad’s expertise gained him thousands of clients and he became sought after for his ability to make workouts challenging and fun, but most importantly safe, so none of clients would ever face injury while working out. He became especially proficient at working with clients that had prior injuries or limitations. Essentially, clients form all over NJ would seek him out after getting injured / having bad experiences at other training facilities.
In 2018 he founded Rock Steady Bergen County, which is the biggest and best training facility in NJ for people who are dealing with Parkinson’s disease. His background in safe and functional training made him a perfect fit for this type of training in addition to becoming “rock Steady” certified that same year at the corporate headquarters in Indianapolis.
In 2021, he moved to Naples Florida and is continuing his tradition of helping clients stay healthy in Florida, while at the same time maintaining his NJ operation through his high caliber business partners and employees.
